Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team at Quanterra Group. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision for a variety of high-end residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals.
  • Develop and articulate creative concepts and design strategies, communicating these to clients and colleagues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating and presenting design concepts and technical information.
  • Manage the approvals process for projects, including NOCs from developers and authorities.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, 3D visualizers, project managers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery.
  • Take on a leadership role within the project team, offering guidance and mentorship, and championing studio processes and documentation.
  • Deliver high-quality design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Ensure all design deliverables meet the studio's quality standards and adhere to project objectives.
  • Manage time effectively, allocating resources within the project team to meet submission deadlines.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source materials and furnishings that align with project concepts and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience.
  • Minimum 1 year working in the residential sector in Dubai.
  • Currently located in Dubai.
  • Experience in leading client meetings and presentations.
  • Experience in leading the design process from concept to completion for large residential renovations with significant layout changes and/or extensions.
  • Experience in the key responsibilities outlined in this job description.
Preferred Criteria:
  • Leadership experience with NOC and approval processes for residential communities.
  • Expertise in using 3DS Max, Corona Renderer, and VRay.
  • Expertise in using Revit.
