**Responsibilities**:

- Create and prepare a wide variety of innovative and visually appealing cocktails
- Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of beverages, ingredients, techniques, and current industry trends
- Interact with guests to understand their preferences and suggest personalized drink options
- Collaborate with the bar team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior staff members on mixology techniques

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of mixing techniques, recipes, and industry trends
- Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, along with a strong understanding of flavor profiles
- Proficiency in using bar equipment and tools, such as shakers, muddlers, and strainers
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly environment for guests
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
