Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reservoir Management Professional to join the ADNOC Group team. As a key member of our reservoir management team, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of reservoir management activities, including field development, performance evaluation, reservoir & asset evaluation, well prognosis, and supervising the integration between fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workflow to evaluate and manage the field in line with industry best practices, ensuring optimal reservoir performance and maximizing profitable recovery.
- Utilize advanced reservoir engineering techniques and integrate dynamic & static data to identify field movement and implement optimization plans.
- Oversee field's production and injection capacities according to company objective guidelines, including drilling workover schedules and identifying mitigations in case of shortfalls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of reservoir management activities and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in reservoir engineering, with experience in reservoir management and field development. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
