  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze production data, well performance trends, and equipment performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased efficiency, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance lift system performance.
  • Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including reservoir engineers, production engineers, and field technicians, to align lift system strategies with reservoir and production goals, and mentor and train junior team members on artificial lift best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and unconventional field challenges.
