Job Description

The Clinic Cleaning Coordinator is a crucial member of our facility team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in our clinic. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning Operations: Develop and implement daily cleaning schedules to ensure all clinic areas meet DHA-approved hygiene standards.
  • Infection Control Measures: Adhere to DHA infection control guidelines for healthcare cleaning practices, ensuring strict adherence to protocols and procedures.
  • Waste Management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of waste disposal, linen inventory, and cleaning supplies to facilitate regulatory audits.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Coordinate with vendors to schedule timely collection of hazardous and general waste, ensuring compliance with DHA regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in healthcare housekeeping is a plus.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or clinical environment.
  • Knowledge of DHA infection control protocols, biohazard waste management, and medical cleaning standards.
  • Familiarity with hospital-grade disinfectants, sterilization techniques, and PPE usage.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with staff and vendors.
