We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our team at the ENGIE Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and possess excellent problem-solving skills. They will work closely with onsite Engineers and third-party vendors to ensure seamless system operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including daily visual inspections and logging of maintenance functions.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance work on a wide range of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, and ELV equipment.
  • Maintain and operate all MEP related systems, associated equipment, electrical equipment, and building management systems.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency calls.
  • Create Job cards in CAFM (FSI) Mobile App as per Site requirements and close Job cards assigned by Engineer.

Requirements:

  • Secondary School Certificate.
