Job Overview:

The Talent Development Associate will be responsible for assisting the Talent Development Executive in planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs at Rosewood Abu Dhabi. This role will also involve coordinating logistics for training sessions and maintaining accurate records of participant attendance and training progress.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Talent Development Executive in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to meet the needs of associates and the hotel.
  2. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue arrangements, catering, and equipment setup.
  3. Maintain accurate records of participant attendance and training progress.
  4. Collaborate with the Training and Talent & Culture Administrative Assistant as needed.
  5. Assist in the development of training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and handouts.
  6. Provide support to the Talent Development Executive in conducting training needs analyses and developing individual training plans.
  7. Work closely with supervisors and managers to ensure compliance with Rosewood policies and standards.
  8. Other duties as assigned by the Talent Development Executive.
Key Qualifications:
  1. Minimum one year of experience as a hospitality trainer or administrative assistant in a luxury hotel environment.
  2. Bachelor's degree in hospitality, hotel management, human resources, or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and advanced PowerPoint knowledge.
  6. Fluency in English and additional languages a plus.
