The Operations and Communications Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Business Center, including setting up and selling boardrooms, arranging appointments and meetings, and providing secretarial services. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing requisitions, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or in business center management, with a proven track record of success in supervising and training staff. They will also possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Issue daily and monthly reports on Business Center activity and revenue.
  • Assist AFOM and FOM in administrative duties, including monitoring and preparing forecasts/statistics.
