Job Title: Treasury Director

Join Dev2Work as a Treasury Director and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and technical expertise. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global treasury strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global treasury strategy that optimizes cash management, liquidity, and funding.
  • Lead the design and implementation of cash management structures, including cash pooling and intergroup funding.
  • Manage the cash position to optimize return on capital employed and ensure efficient use of funds.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to regional finance managers on treasury matters, including liquidity and currency finance.
  • Oversee intergroup funding structures and cash settlement, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Manage bank guarantees and negotiate ABL structures (factoring) where applicable.
  • Perform foreign currency and interest rate hedging in close collaboration with Head Office Treasury.
  • Support group treasury on funding processes within the region.
  • Reporting on cash positions, cash forecasts, and seeking funding for shortfalls.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 to 10 years of experience in the management of a treasury function in logistics/freight forwarding business.
  • Solid experience in implementation of cash pool structure.
  • Masters degree in finance.
