Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising financial institutions and corporate partners, securing advantageous agreements, and evaluating new financial facilities.
  • Formulating and implementing treasury initiatives to mitigate financial risks, enhance cash flow management, and maximize working capital efficiency.
  • Overseeing all Letters of Credit and offering expertise in Trade Finance Operations.
  • Cooperating with diverse departments including finance, accounting, taxation, legal, sales, and supply chain to ensure streamlined treasury functions.
  • Staying informed on market dynamics and industry-leading practices for ongoing enhancement.
  • Assessing, finalizing, and negotiating Export Letters of Credit.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline (CA, MBA, CFA, CTP certification is advantageous).
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Export Letters of Credit and Trade Finance.
  • Proven track record as a Treasurer, ideally with regional or global exposure.
  • In-depth understanding of financial markets and risk management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in cash management, cash flow forecasting, and working capital oversight.
  • Acquainted with banking relationships and investment portfolio management.
  • Strong analytical and digital capabilities to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP systems.
