  5. Accommodate and document special requests.
  6. Answer questions about property facilities and room accommodations.
  7. Implement sales techniques to maximize revenue.
  8. Input and access data in the reservation system.
  9. Indicate special room reservation types by inputting the correct code and rate into the reservation system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage reservations for multiple properties to ensure seamless guest experiences.
