Your Key Responsibilities:

- You will assist in managing the end-to-end sell-side process from initial client engagement through deal closure, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.
Investor Relations and Fundraising:
- You will cultivate long-term relationships with current and prospective investors through proactive communication, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.
- You will coordinate and assist in preparing materials for fundraising activities, including pitch decks, presentations, and roadshows.
- You will facilitate investor meetings, calls, and events, addressing inquiries related to fund performance, investment strategies, and market trends.
- You will lead and support fundraising efforts, expanding our investor base through strategic outreach and participation in investor conferences and events.
- You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in all investor communication and fundraising activities.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in client coverage, wealth management, or sell-side advisory is a strong plus.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory.
- Strong financial analysis, investment due diligence, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
