Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Interaction: Welcome and interact with guests in a courteous, friendly, and clear manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Order Taking and Service: Take, prepare, and serve guest orders with accuracy, promoting and upselling products to maximize sales and drive revenue.
  3. Team Collaboration: Liaise with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service, maintaining effective communication and coordination to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  4. Table Management: Clear and clean tables as soon as guests have finished their meals, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  5. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, handle point-of-sale transactions, and ensure the cleanliness of the outlet at all times.
  6. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with company Health and Safety policies, training new team members, and promoting a safe working environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Hotel/F&B Industry Experience: Ideally, you will have a background in the hotel/F&B industry, with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Attendant in a 3-star or above category hotel.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
