Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-fidelity simulator training sessions, ensuring pilots meet the exacting standards required by Emirates.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports and assessments of pilots under training, adhering to company guidelines and policies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend additional or remedial training for trainee pilots who are not meeting expected performance standards.
  • Collaborate with training management to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality of training, while standardizing procedures and teaching techniques.
  • Support ad hoc projects, course development, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

Eligible candidates will have the opportunity to upgrade to Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) based on company requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Hold or have held a Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Multi-crew Pilot License (MPL), or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).

Experience:

Minimum 12 months as an active Instructor/Examiner.

Minimum 1500 hours flight time as a pilot on multi-pilot aeroplane.

Knowledge and Skills:

Previous instructional/examiner experience preferred.
