Activités

  • Gérer la préparation des rapports mensuels/trimestriels/annuels, analyse des résultats mensuels et présentation à la direction si nécessaire. Analyse mensuelle des dépenses de projets/actifs, KPIs détaillés et tableaux de bord.
  • Assurer la bonne comptabilisation de toutes les dépenses, des salaires et des revenus dans les livres, vérification des saisies SAP.
  • Vérifier la paie mensuelle avec les ressources humaines et traiter les paiements de salaires.
  • Réviser les saisies SAP mensuelles des ressources humaines.
  • Traiter les paiements des demandes de remboursement des employés.
  • Gérer la préparation du budget annuel et des prévisions de clôture, y compris la présentation finale et l'analyse ad hoc.
  • Préparer le Plan à Long Terme pour l'entreprise (5 ans/10 ans) selon les directives reçues.
  • Examiner les besoins de trésorerie pour toutes les demandes de paiement (Opex et Capex).
  • Coordonner avec différents départements et parties prenantes pour obtenir les informations nécessaires. Préparer les présentations pour la direction.
  • Assurer la finalisation et l'émission en temps voulu des états financiers annuels pour toutes les entités concernées.
  • Agir en tant que soutien pour les paiements aux fournisseurs.
  • Coordonner avec les auditeurs externes pour tous les travaux liés à l'audit, reporting et préparation des états financiers.
  • Superviser l'analyse mensuelle détaillée de tous les comptes de résultat et de bilan pertinents, réconciliations nécessaires pour la clôture.
  • Développer et documenter les processus métier et les politiques comptables pour maintenir et renforcer les contrôles internes.
  • Préparer et soumettre le rapport de consolidation trimestriel.
  • Créer des centres de coûts et des centres de profits dans SAP.
  • Inverser les saisies SAP si nécessaire.
  • Vérifier les formulaires de création de fournisseurs et confirmer les données directement avec les fournisseurs.
  • Assurer la soumission en temps voulu des déclarations liées aux réglementations locales/régionales.
  • Travailler sur différents projets au sein de l'équipe ou avec d'autres équipes.
  • Effectuer les paiements aux fournisseurs si nécessaire.
  • Autres travaux ad hoc selon les besoins.

Contexte et environnement

Les entités de TotalEnergies Renewables Development au Moyen-Orient sont des filiales relativement petites au sein du groupe, détenues par Total Renewables. L'affilié est assez récent et l'organisation, les processus et les procédures sont encore en cours de mise en œuvre. Ce contexte nécessite agilité, flexibilité, autonomie et un fort esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
