- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a recruitment or administrative role, preferably in a virtual assistant capacity.
- English Skills: Strong English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Bullhorn, Xero, LinkedIn, and other relevant software applications.
- Monthly Salary: Php 35,000, paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th/31st of each month.
- Overtime and Holidays: Paid overtime and Philippines public holidays.
- Probation and Leave: 6-month probation period, with 10 days annual leave credits and 5 days sick leave.
- 13th Month Pay: Received after 30 days of employment.
- Annual Appraisal: Regular performance evaluations and feedback.
- Laptop Provision: Provided after 30 days of employment.
- Work-from-Home: Permanent remote work arrangement, requiring own internet connection.
Shift Times: 6AM to 3PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
