Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Learning Design and Development Team to design and develop learning solutions that meet the needs of our target audience.
  • Design, revise, maintain, and deliver high-quality and effective learning resources that align with our business objectives.
  • Provide learning recommendations and consult across the Learning and Development team for learning solutions.
  • Support learning facilitation design and development needs to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Apply instructional design and adult learning theory to design, develop, implement, and maintain training programs that include instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning programs.
  • Contribute to authoring development standards, processes, and templates to produce consistent, high-quality instructional materials.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing or incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in complex research/data.
  • Nature of work requires increasing independence with guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process.
  • May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel.
Work Environment
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area with minimal unpleasant conditions.
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunities to move about.
  • No travel required.
