The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development and sales growth in a regional role, with a strong ability to build value propositions with customers. They will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the region, by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships at multiple levels of an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Visit customers and prospects to promote SGA business per the business's strategy.
- Retain existing business and acquire new business opportunities by analyzing customer portfolio and development projects.
- Negotiate prices and pricing revisions, invoicing and stock-invoicing conditions, storage, and payment terms.
- Define the most accurate volume commitment and MOQ in accordance with prices.
Requirements:
- Any degree qualification.
- Proven experience in business development and sales growth in a regional role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to travel frequently within the assigned territories.
