We are seeking a Recreation specialist to join our team at Rotana Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, effective, and quality functioning of fitness programs carried out for hotel guests and leisure club members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organizing and supervising regular fitness-related activities and events to maximize member enjoyment and use of the fitness centre, staying ahead of our competition.
- Developing and maintaining professionally safe and effective fitness procedures, programs, and activities in the fitness centre, ensuring proper fitness practice at all times.
- Coordinating the aerobics/exercise program and studio usage while continually seeking ways to introduce new ideas to maximize revenues.
- Supervising the cleaning and maintenance of the fitness centre, ensuring clear standards are always met and equipment is in good working order.
- Understanding club facilities, membership fees, and coaching/massage/aerobic fees.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
