Emiratization Strategist

Wio Group is seeking a forward-thinking Emiratization Strategist to spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive Emiratization initiatives that align with our business objectives and UAE Emiratization targets.

1. Develop and execute an Emiratization strategy that fosters the growth and development of UAE National talent across all business units.
2. Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to identify, attract, and retain top UAE National talent.
3. Design and manage Emirati skills development programs that enhance capabilities and prepare talent for long-term career advancement.
4. Create and implement career progression frameworks, ensuring clear development pathways for Emirati employees.

2. Collaborate with business leaders to ensure Emiratization initiatives align with departmental and organizational objectives.
3. Develop succession planning initiatives to position Emirati employees for future leadership roles.
4. Foster relationships with universities, training providers, and government entities to leverage national initiatives.

1. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive Emiratization goals and initiatives.
2. Report on the success and progress of Emiratization initiatives and ensure alignment with UAE regulatory requirements.
3. Build strong relationships with educational institutions and training providers to create robust pipelines for Emirati talent.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UAE Emiratization policies and regulations, as well as proven experience in designing and executing Emiratization programs that develop Emirati talent and support career progression.
