As a seasoned healthcare leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan, overseeing facility operations, and leading a team of clinical and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive business plan, including marketing strategies and revenue projections.
  • Oversee facility design, setup, and readiness, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols specific to child and adolescent mental health services.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train clinical and administrative staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality care.
  • Secure necessary licenses, certifications, and accreditations for the facility.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Define the facility's mission, vision, and strategic goals, focusing on accessibility, family-centered care, and community outreach.
  • Design service delivery models tailored to children, adolescents, and families, incorporating best practices and evidence-based interventions.
  • Establish clinical and operational performance metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

Operational Oversight (Post-Opening):

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless integration of clinical, administrative, and support services.
