Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage material procurement scope and material control for assigned projects.
  • Ensure timely issuance of engineering deliverables and work within estimated budgets.
  • Provide guidance and motivation to team members and maintain cordial relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct offshore site surveys and provide survey reports.
  • Interact with fabrication yards and operations teams to resolve issues during fabrication and installation phases.
  • Provide input for sub-contracts and handle subcontractors.
  • Train entry-level engineers and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in offshore oil and gas field.
  • Experience in detailed and construction engineering for various types of offshore structures.
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in using offshore structural software and computer software such as MS Office and MathCad.
  • Knowledge of offshore industry-related guidelines, codes, and regulations.
  • Good planning and decision-making skills.
