The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in financial accounting, general ledger management, and audit management. An accounting qualification is a plus, as well as previous experience within a real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Reporting & Consolidation:
  • Assist in accurate and timely preparation of financial reports for the Real Estate division.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for Holding companies.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather budget inputs and assumptions.
  • Financial Controls: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of strong financial controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process, providing necessary documentation and insights.
  • Track and manage audit findings, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Process Optimization & Automation:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial reporting and consolidation processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement process automation solutions.
  • Maintain user guides and documentation for financial reporting and budgeting processes.

Your Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or any other related field.
  2. Accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA) is a plus.
  3. Previous experience in a real estate business is a plus.
