This role entails:

  • Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Screening & Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of CVs, ensuring alignment with job descriptions, client requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Interview & Selection Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes, ensuring timely and effective results.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding: Prepare and communicate offer letters, oversee the onboarding process, and ensure smooth transition of new hires.

Ongoing Candidate Support & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, including visas, consultancy agreements, and bank details.

Reporting & Metrics Management: Develop and submit regular recruitment reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, specializing in technical and engineering recruitment.
  • In-depth experience with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess candidate fit and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance.
