This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take on a key leadership role in overseeing and managing the execution of fit-out projects from initial concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation specific to the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and controlled to avoid overruns.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that all deliverables meet design specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in Abu Dhabi.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and reports for reference and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Fitout Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction or fit-out industry in the UAE.
  • Knowledge and skills: Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Abu Dhabi.
