Our Graduate Programme
  • We offer a four-year structured programme that combines technical and personal development opportunities, with a focus on accreditation through the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) through the Monitored Professional Development Scheme (eMPDS).
  • You will have access to a wealth of technical and personal development resources and opportunities, including rotations across relevant business areas to enhance your knowledge and experience.
  • Our programme is designed to support your career development, with assigned buddies and mentors (Chartered Engineers) and departmental managers to ensure you are supported in your personal and professional growth.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on meaningful and interesting projects, delivered to leaders of industry across the different Energy and Materials market sectors.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum 2:1 MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering (IMechE accredited)
  • Enthusiasm to work and develop your career in Mechanical Engineering within the Carbon Capture and Storage, Green Energy, Recycling, Minerals Processing, Chemicals, Petrochemicals and Oil and Gas Industries
  • Demonstrate initiative, tenacity, and excellent communication skills
  • Possess an ability to learn quickly and be adaptable and flexible to match business requirements
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary team environments
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
