Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Development: Assist in designing and developing mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  2. System Evaluation: Evaluate existing mechanical systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  3. Equipment Selection: Make recommendations on equipment selection, including product type, size, capacity, thermal efficiency, energy efficiency, and cost.
  4. System Analysis: Review and perform calculations to determine energy efficiency, equipment capacities, heating and cooling requirements, and code compliance and compatibility.
  5. Design Modifications: Review and recommend mechanical system design modifications.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in engineering related to mechanical or aerospace engineering.
  • 5+ years' experience as a mechanical engineer.
  • Proven history of delivering high-quality mechanical design.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical design processes, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Understanding of building code regulations and standards.
