About the Role

Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Development: Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient frontend and backend components for web applications.
  2. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  3. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  4. Technical Feasibility: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  5. API Integration: Implement and integrate APIs to support frontend functionality.
  6. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
  7. Code Review: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  8. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
  9. Software Development Lifecycle: Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of web applications.
  2. Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
  3. Backend Technologies: Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP, or Java.
  4. Laravel Framework: Mandatory knowledge and experience with Laravel framework.
  5. Database Management: Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  6. Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  7. Web Security: Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
  8. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  9. Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  10. Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  2. Containerization: Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  3. DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  4. Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
