About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Creative Specialist to join our team at Talent Pal. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective digital content that showcases our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement creative concepts and designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and website content.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop visual content that meets brand guidelines and customer expectations.
  3. Design and produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, animations, and videos, using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  4. Manage the production of print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, and business cards, from conception to completion.
  5. Develop and maintain our brand identity across all digital channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all visual content.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design and content creation.
  7. Provide design support and guidance to internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a digital design role, with a focus on creating engaging and effective visual content.
  3. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  4. Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and project management skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
