As a Graduate Advisory Consultant, you will contribute to meaningful projects across multiple disciplines while developing technical expertise under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and data analysis to support client projects and business initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and technical deliverables.
  • Support data collection, management, and validation for accuracy and consistency.
  • Draft Requests for Information (RFIs) for data gathering and analysis.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and control processes to uphold project standards.
  • Maintain and update technical libraries, benchmarks, and resource databases.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on multidisciplinary projects and strategic problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and research skills with complex data interpretation ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in analytical software beneficial.
  • A proactive approach with detail-oriented passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Economics or Business Management from an accredited, internationally recognized Institute or University.
  • Must be a recent graduate or upcoming graduate.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • A strong passion for learning, professional growth, and contributing to AECOM's initiatives.
  • Eligibility: Only UAE Nationals with a family book are considered for this role.
