AECOM is seeking aGraduate Advisory Consultant tosupport our dynamic projects through research analysis anddatadriven insights. This role offers the opportunity to contributeto meaningful projects across multiple disciplines while developingtechnical expertise under the guidance of experiencedprofessionals.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Conductsresearch and data analysis to support client projects and businessinitiatives.
• Assists in preparing reportspresentations and technicaldeliverables.
• Supports the collectionmanagement and validation of data to ensure accuracy andconsistency.
• Assists in drafting Requests forInformation (RFIs) to facilitate data gathering andanalysis.
• Contributes to quality assurance andquality control (QAQC) processes to uphold projectstandards.
• Maintains and updates technicallibraries benchmarks and resource databases for projectuse.
• Works collaboratively with senior teammembers gaining exposure to multidisciplinary projects andstrategicproblemsolving.

What weare lookingfor:

• Stronganalytical and research skills with the ability to interpretcomplex data.
• Excellent communication andpresentation skills.
• Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with analyticalsoftware is a plus.
• A proactive detailorientedapproach with a passion for problemsolving and continuouslearning

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor ofScience in Economics Management Civil Engineering Real EstateInvestment Finance Planning Development Strategy InformationTechnology Asset Management or Facilities Management disciplines(or equivalent) from an accredited internationally recognizedInstitute or University.
2. Must be a 2024 or 2025graduate.
3. A minimum GPA of 2.8 or a 2:1 (orequivalent) and above.
4. Available to start inSeptember 2025 with earlier start dates considered on a casebycasebasis.
5. A strong passion for learningprofessional growth and contributing to AECOMs Emiratisationinitiatives through the FursaProgram.
6. Eligibility: As part ofAECOMs commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE laborlaw only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered forthisrole.
