Job Summary:

Adecco Middle East is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. As an Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze financial data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax and accounting standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
