About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Content Developers to support our clients in Arizona. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in technical writing and some program/document management experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Standardize documentation formats to ensure consistency and clarity.
  2. Establish priority lists to optimize workflow and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with team support staff to align document flow and ensure seamless communication.
  4. Develop or modify training materials to meet the needs of our clients.
  5. Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  6. Occasionally visit client locations for clarification and support.
Required Skills
  1. Technical writing experience (3+ years)
  2. Document management expertise
  3. Content development skills
  4. Familiarity with safety requirements
  5. Bachelor's Degree in English or a related field (preferred)
Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Tempe, Arizona, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule. Occasional visits to client locations may be required.
