  • Managing listings on Property Finder and maintaining top visibility and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative or property management roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems like Property Finder.
  • Knowledge of local property management regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle tenant inquiries and complaints professionally.
