- Budget Management: Monitor and control maintenance expenses within budgetary constraints, ensuring that all costs are properly managed and accounted for.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Certification: Certification in maintenance management or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision in the UAE, with experience in managing multiple locations.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques, excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
