Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement DEI strategies that drive business impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and HR teams
  • Provide consulting services to PXT Business Partners and Sr. leaders
  • Maintain DEI data integrity and report on such data
  • Partner with the PXT team to develop mechanisms that foster a more inclusive environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years' experience working in an HR or business function, preferably with a tech background
  • Experience operating as a strategic global partner for leaders, effectively analyzing data and aligning with impactful diversity strategies
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant DEI experience
  • Previous work that focuses on efforts that solve large, significantly complex, and/or highly confidential problems
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and programmatically
