- Implement robust cost control procedures, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and project requirements.
- Prepare and present cost reports and forecasts to senior management, facilitating informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in Road and infrastructure in UAE (5 to 10 years' experience) is required.
- Familiarity with the construction methodology, process & sequence of work is essential.
- Determining key variables for cost and other estimates is a crucial skill.
