This role involves cost estimation and management for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Planning and Management: Develop and implement cost plans, monitor expenditure, and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Commercial Analysis: Analyze commercial risks, conduct cost-benefit assessments, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Procurement and Contract Management: Collaborate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to review purchase orders, assess committed costs, and advise on procurement strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in cost engineering within the construction industry.
