We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Executive to join our team at Zahrawi Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a diverse range of legal and administrative tasks for the legal department. Key Responsibilities
  • Legal Support:
    • Provide legal guidance to employees on various matters.
    • Coordinate with the HR team on active labor cases.
    • Follow up with labor courts on pending cases.
    • Work with the finance department on civil cases.
    • Follow up with the finance department on collections and bounced cheques.
    • Maintain a copy of all legal files and records.
  • Supplier Contracts:
    • Review new supplier contracts and suggest changes before final submission.
    • Review renewed supplier contracts and suggest changes.
    • Maintain a copy of all new and old supplier contracts.
  • Due Diligence:
    • Ensure timely completion of due diligence tasks.
    • Submit completed due diligence to the relevant team.
    • Maintain a record of all due diligence tasks.
  • Translation:
    • Translate legal documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
    • Update the shared folder with translated documents.
  • Administrative:
    • Conduct legal research as required.
    • Draft legal documents.
    • Follow up with the concerned department on license registration and renewals.
    • Take minutes of meetings when requested.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Additional details:
    • Candidate should be willing to move to a company visa.
    • Candidate should be based in the UAE.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience
