Role Overview

MENA WATER FZC is seeking a highly skilled Waste Water Package Plants Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue, managing sales forecasting activities, and establishing strong relationships with principals.

Key Accountabilities

  • Driving Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth for assigned products, manage sales forecasting activities, and contribute to performance goal setting.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with principals, managing and monitoring sales to end users.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of products and represent them effectively to clients and end users.
  • Teamwork: Participate in cross-functional product development teams, contributing to sales estimates, channel and market information, product specifications, and launch plans.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Ability to identify potential leads & close out orders, perform competitive analysis and marketing research, accomplish multiple goals, quickly assess new situations, prioritize critical tasks, and negotiate potential deals.
  • Language Skills: Very good oral and written English skills are absolutely required; additional language skills are an advantage, especially in Arabic and German.
  • Work Experience: Having working experience in the UAE and other GCC/North African regions, a UAE Driving license is mandatory.
