Sales Enablement Executive

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our team at YO IT Group.
About the RoleThis position involves providing administrative support to our sales teams, maintaining customer databases, and preparing sales reports. You will also handle inquiries from clients, interact with customers via phone and email, and assist in resolving issues or concerns.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient use of resources.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, using industry-leading software and tools.
- Prepare and finalize sales reports, highlighting key metrics and trends, and presenting recommendations for improvement.
- Client Communication:
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs, working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Proposal and Quotation Generation:
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and finalize sales proposals and quotations, ensuring that all documents are accurate, aligned with customer requirements, and presented in a professional manner.
- E nsure that all sales materials, including proposals and quotations, are aligned with company branding and messaging.
- Order Processing:
- Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate entry, tracking, and fulfillment, meeting customer delivery expectations.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution, meeting customer needs and maintaining high satisfaction rates.
- Sales Documentation:
- Maintain organized records of sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all records are up-to-date, easily accessible, and align with company policies and procedures.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing inventory levels and stock availability, ensuring that products are readily available for customers.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing waste and excess stock.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions, providing valuable insights to the sales team and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Cold Calling:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce YO IT Group's IT solutions and services, identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Identify decision-makers within organizations and initiate meaningful conversations to assess their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Client Meetings:
- Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients, either in-person or virtually, to understand their IT requirements and present solutions, highlighting the benefits of YO IT Group's services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations as needed, showcasing the value proposition of YO IT Group's solutions.
- Lead Generation:
- Generate new prospects and leads for the sales team, expanding YO IT Group's customer base and revenue streams, and driving business growth.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in IT sales or a related field is preferred, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training and development programs to support your success.
