Internal Support Agent

JCI is seeking a highly skilled INTERNAL SUPPORT AGENT to join our team. As an Internal Support Agent, you will provide exceptional support to our internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing effective solutions to meet internal needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuously improving internal processes and enhancing the internal experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
As an Internal Support Agent, your duties will include:
- Sales Order Procedure: Process internal purchase orders and create sales orders, work in partnership with sales representatives, act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, identifying their needs and nurturing strong relationships, and ensure the best supply solutions are provided to internal stakeholders.
- Purchase Order Requisitions: (for specific business units only)
- Shipping: Deliver transport-related instructions and other relevant information.
- Claims: Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders throughout the claims process.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A high school diploma or higher.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player.
- Previous experience in internal support is an advantage.
