Job Title: TVR Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled TVR Technician to join our team at Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute projects on-site, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Provide technical support for VRF/DX systems from design to testing and commissioning.
  • Follow up on after-sales customer service and complaints as per schedule.
  • Supervise the activities and performance of the after-sales team.
  • Conduct market visits to purchase spare parts as required by the after-sales team.
  • Perform other related tasks as required by the line manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4 years of relevant work experience as a supervisor.
  • Knowledge of air conditioning systems, especially VRF systems.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • English language proficiency is a must.
  • Driving license is required.
