3)Follows up theAfter Sales Customer Service /Complaints as per theschedule.
4)Supervises theactivities and performance of the After SalesTeam
5)Conducts marketvisit to purchase the spare parts as required by the after salesteam.
6)Any other related task as required by theLineManager

Requirements


  • Degreeof Bachelor ( Mech Engineering).
  • 4years of relevant work experience asSupervisor
  • Knowledgeof Airconditioning Systems especially VRFTVRSystems
  • Proficientin relevant SoftwareApplications
  • ExcellentCommunication and Negotiations & PersuasivenessSkills
  • LeadershipSkills
  • Abilityto work underpressure.
  • EnglishLanguage Proficiency is amust
  • DrivingLicense isrequired

Bachelor Degree/ Diploma 2-3 Years Exp in Sales Activities/ FollowUp. Computer Knowledge is mandatory,well versed in Microsoft Word,Excel & Powerpoint. Prior Exp working on Oracle Software wouldbe an added advantage
