Gulfa Mineral Water and Processing Industries LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Director to lead our quality control processes in the water manufacturing facility. This role demands a professional with at least 10 years of experience in water manufacturing, specifically in PET resin injection, closure manufacturing, and PET preform processing.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain systems for quality management aligned with ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, and ESMA standards.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Lead and prepare for external audits, including ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, U.S. Army, and AIB audits.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control within the water manufacturing industry.
- PET Manufacturing Knowledge: Proven experience with PET resin injection processes and injection molding for closures and preforms, along with PET preform processing.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
