**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies to promote UAE projects within the Middle East and international markets, aligning with client briefs and project requirements.
  • Produce branding, positioning, and relevant collaterals to promote residential projects, coordinating with external agencies and internal design and content leads.
  • Propose and create marketing plans, including PR, social media, digital channels, and other activities, to deliver leads for residential projects.
  • Manage and execute project launch events and bespoke activities across the Middle East, collaborating with events agencies as needed.
  • Creation of Scope of Works and agency briefing documents to provide clear direction, actions, and timelines for external suppliers to respond to.
  • Delivery management of all required project collaterals, on time and on budget, including landing pages, websites, EDMs, fact sheets, floorplans, social media assets, display ads, and press kits.
  • Propose and manage budgets relating to campaign and project deliverables, including monthly invoicing.
  • Setup, measure, and report on residential marketing campaigns, in coordination with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Review campaign performance and propose ways to evolve and improve through data-led insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing and project management, particularly in the residential sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
