About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a key member of our Bus Division - FAMCO, you will be responsible for managing workshop operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and collaborating with various departments to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities
• Manage workshop activities, including job assignments and task follow-ups.
• Collaborate with workshop service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and update status to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing empathetic and effective solutions to their concerns.

Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of overall experience with an automobile dealership, with a minimum of 3 years in the Service Department as a Service Advisor, preferably in Buses/Commercial Vehicles.
• Automotive dealer/distributor business processes knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong customer handling and communication skills.
• Logical thinking ability to understand the technical root cause of vehicle problems.
• Customer service-oriented, honest, responsible, culturally sensitive, and a team player.
