Key Responsibilities:
  • **Event Planning and Execution:** Lead the planning, execution, and supervision of events and banquets, ensuring flawless delivery of services tailored to high-end clientele.
  • **Client Relationship Management:** Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-end clients, understanding their unique preferences and requirements to consistently exceed expectations.
  • **Menu Development:** Collaborate with culinary teams to create bespoke menus that reflect the sophistication and exclusivity expected in high-end events.
  • **Operational Management:** Manage operational aspects of events, including staffing logistics and setup, to ensure seamless execution and adherence to quality standards.
  • **Budget Management:** Develop and monitor budgets for events, ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining exceptional service quality.
  • **Vendor Management:** Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, oversee deliveries, and uphold standards of excellence in all event-related services.
  • **Team Management:** Supervise and motivate a team of F&B staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high morale and performance levels.
Requirements:
  • **Proven Experience:** Proven experience in F&B management within prestigious hotels or exclusive clubs.
  • **Event Management:** Track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale events and weddings.
  • **F&B Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including menu planning, food presentation, and service standards.
  • **Interpersonal Skills:** Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-end clients and stakeholders.
  • **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure.
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
