Credit Control Strategy

  • Develop and implement regional credit control strategies in alignment with corporate policies and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting; Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on the status of accounts receivable, including key metrics such as DSO, aging reports, bad debt provision, and cash flow impact.
  • Credit Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients by analysing financial statements, payment history, and credit reports.
  • Invoice Management: Ensure that invoices are issued accurately and on time, in alignment with company policies.
  • Collections: Implement and manage effective collection strategies to minimize overdue receivables.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess credit risks and work with the finance team to mitigate them.

Requirements

  • Professional certification in credit management (e.g., CICM, ICM) is an advantage.
  • Min 10 years experience.
