We are seeking a highly skilled Media Manager to join our team at Spark Foundry. As a Media Manager, you will be responsible for driving positive change and acceleration in our business, while building robust client relationships and developing your team's talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sound channel strategies and activations in line with our communication plans.
  • Develop and own media strategy projects, including consumer insights analysis, competitive landscape analysis, media selection, and budget planning.
  • Oversee all output from executives and administrators to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Utilize media planning and buying tools, such as Z/X Plan, Statex, and GWI, to drive business growth and ROI.
  • Develop and present regular reports to clients, highlighting media trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of media planning and/or buying experience, with at least 3 years of online experience.
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of planning executives.
  • Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to multitask, and work under pressure.
  • Digital certifications across major platforms, including Meta, Google, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
